Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and No-Show Policy
• A 50% service fee will be charged for no-call/no-show appointments. We understand that things can happen, so if you need to cancel, we offer convenient online booking to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Please note, we require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations.
• If you reschedule an appointment more than twice in one week, a 50% fee will apply based on the original service price.
• Groupon Policy: Groupons are only valid for first-time clients. All Groupon must be purchased before booking appointment If you’re rescheduling an appointment using a Groupon, you must provide the redemption code at the time of rescheduling. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of the appointment.
Late Arrival Policy
• We offer a 5-minute grace period for late arrivals. After 5 minutes, a $15 late fee will apply.
• After 10 minutes, the appointment will be canceled, and a 50% service charge will be charged
